Say "I do" all over again! When your relationship has been through sunshine and storms it's so special to celebrate your story and renew your commitment to each other.

A Vow Renewal is an opportunity for you to celebrate your love all over again but in your way. To have a ceremony that reflects the journey you’ve shared, to honour your love, your growth, and your story.

There are no legal formalities for a Vow Renewal so your ceremony can take place at a time and place of your choosing.

• A completely bespoke script written just for you

• Support with vows, readings, and ceremony ideas

• One lovely in-person meet-up (coffee and cake encouraged!)

• Unlimited emails, calls or Zooms along the way

• Help with ceremony layout, music, timings and general calming of nerves

• Printed copies of your vows and readings

• A beautifully delivered ceremony on the day

• Optional keepsake certificate for your memory box

What's included?

• Initial call to have a friendly chat, for you to ask any questions and to see if we’re a good fit.

• Booking is made and your booking fee received.

• Let’s get to know each other: you fill in your questionnaires (separately!) to give me a lovely insight into your story.

• Planning time: we’ll meet up, chat through ideas, and start shaping the ceremony together.

• I get writing: I’ll create a bespoke script full of love, laughter and everything that makes your story unique.

• Tweaks & changes: You get as many edits as you like until it’s just right.

• On the day I’ll be there at least 1 hour before your ceremony to ensure everything is set up correctly, steady any nerves, and lead a ceremony you’ll remember forever.

The process

From £450 for 2025 ceremonies
From £475 for 2026 ceremonies
From £500 for 2027 ceremonies

Travel outside a 30-mile radius of Great Ayton: £25 + 45p per additional mile
Extra in-person meetings: from £25
Venue rehearsal (if requested): from £50 + travel
Themed outfits or props: at cost (I’m game!)
Accommodation (if your location is over a 3hr drive): standard Premier Inn/Travelodge rate, plus evening meal and breakfast.

You’ll always know about any extras up front, no surprises. These will either be invoiced separately or added to your final balance.
